good hotel, everything is on the level, staff is high, everything is comfortable in the room, wi-fi without problems at high speeds, good breakfast (it seems at first that there is not so much - but in fact everything is on the case and eaten up), location is convenient. In general, everything is decent and beautiful interior as a whole in the hotel and in the room - nothing extra.

was confused by a couple of things... -that he tried to pay with a card twice and didn't pass, called the bank, unblocked. It only worked out the third time. Spent time on it. -without hot water coming straight from the tap in the bathroom, you have to wait.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious. The exclusive amenities were outstanding, from the private facilities to the room advantages. The service was impeccable and the Library was a great place to unwind. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance.

The only minor issue I had during my stay was the lack of a Bar/ Lounge area. However, this did not negatively impact my overall experience.

I had a great stay at Lanson Place Hotel. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. When I woke up with conjunctivitis, they went above and beyond and accompanied me to a nearby hospital. The cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the ventilation, were top-notch. This hotel is perfect for people with allergies.

Absolutely nothing!

Lanson Place Causeway Bay is perfectly situated in the heart of bustling Causeway Bay, just steps away from Lee Gardens and Times Square. The MTR station is also conveniently close, making it easy to explore all that Hong Kong has to offer. The hotel's location in the embassy district adds an air of sophistication and security to the area. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with top-notch beds and linens for a comfortable night's sleep. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The attentive staff provide excellent service, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and accommodated. The hotel offers a variety of facilities, including a swimming pool, laundry and cleaning services, and a spa for relaxation. The breakfast at the restaurant is delicious, offering a range of options to suit different tastes.

Room was nice, location was very good, staff really helpful

This hotel seems like business and international place, yet internet charges are not included into room price. It had to be payed separately! This I find very strange!

Cozy and very clean rooms. Incredible location in Causeway Bay, just 5 minutes to the subway and with many restaurants around the corner; there is a very good restaurant (Din Tai Fung) across the street.

The hotel was a bit hard to find in the beginning.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was in a busy, bustling area of this city and just a few minutes walk to the MTR and 3 major shopping areas in Causeway Bay. The water for showering was also very nice, and the lounge had a comfortable atmosphere. We found the staff to be both friendly and efficient, especially the front desk and concierge.

Overall it is good, but not perfect. The concierge as well as the reception is ardent and helpful. We received good room service during the stay. The location is extremely fabulous for those who look for shopping and gourmet. Meanwhile, the hotel is very near the subway, making it quite convenient to transport to city center and Disneyland.

It is not that reasonable that this hotel surcharges customers for Internet service since the room price is already very high. Not every customer is pleasant enough to pay extra HK$140 per day only for the access of Internet.

We were travelling with our 9 months old baby. The hotel staff were very kind with him and help us everytime to get in and off the taxis. The rooms have a little kitchen. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. I was able to prepare the whole food for my baby. The Hotel provided us too with a baby bed vera comfortable and in good condition.

The hotel smells good. Efficient room service. Quick response to requests. Good selection of pillows. Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Convenient location. Mini-kitchen in room. Comfortable bed. Handy smartphone for exploring.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This is my home in Hong Kong. The reasons: the excellent service and hospitality; the room facility and cleaness; security; and many other reasons. Probably not a best choice for family but good for single/couple.

The only complain I have for LP is that it is becoming more and more poplular and the price is becoming more expensive. It used to be more affordable and exclusve until a couple of years ago!
